Emilia and Eva: Always the opposite

So here is the deal! If, when I put the twins back to bed after their first breakfast, I decide to sneak into my lovely warm bed to nap too, one of them is guaranteed to wake up as soon as I start dozing off. If I have a shower, get ready for the day and clean upstairs they sleep like logs! Always the opposite of what I want. But I am not complaining, I love it when they sleep (Emilia tired is not a pretty sight!), it's just sometimes I would like to get a little bit extra myself.

Emilia has worked out that she can move around in bed. This morning at 5.30, she was lying there playing with her pillow whilst grinning away at me. She is a cheeky little monkey. Yesterday I found her in crawling position and sometimes she has turned herself around. She is starting to outgrow her 3-6 months clothes and we are now starting to put her in Eva's pyjamas! She is still really small but she is long!

Eva has started sitting up in the pram like a proper big girl. We all went out for a walk yesterday when Jens got home from work and she saw where we live for the first time. I am sure her neck must be sore today from all of the head turning she did.

We are meeting with our neonatal Dr tomorrow. I get proof every day of how healthy they are but it will be nice to get it confirmed. It will be nice to hear some good things about little Emilia's development. She is just so perfect and sometimes I have to pinch myself to check that it is real. But as always it is the weighing that I anticipate the most. Watch this space for tomorrow's results ;)
