Update

Today has been a positive day and we have spent most of it at the hospital.  Emilia and Eva are stable and doing well.

Eva is now breathing on the Cpap machine which is real progress.  When they made the switch we got to see her little nose for the first time and it was super cute :).  They are waiting until tomorrow with Emilia so fingers crossed that she handles it as well.  There was no mention of the ductus (there was so much happening all day that we didn't think about it) but I don't think she would have been able to come off her respirator if it wasn't closed enough.  I will check tomorrow.

Emilia looked really well and just before we left she held both of our fingers, it was amazing.
